Best Low-fat Rice Pudding

- ¼ cup pudding rice
- 1/8 cup cane sugar
- 3 cups low-fat, non-dairy milk
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
Preheat the oven at 150 °C or 302 °F.
Rinse out and clean the pudding rice.
Generously grease a baking dish with margarine.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the rice, milk, and sugar. Stir well.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle the cinnamon and nutmeg powders over the unbaked rice pudding.
Allow to bake for 2 hours, or until the pudding has set properly (with little to no movement upon shaking).
Serve when cooled.
